After School Enrichment Program (ASEP)
The mission of Valley View’s ASEP is to provide quality academic enrichment and recreational opportunities in a safe, caring environment to all students who wish to participate in the program.
SPRING 2025 REGISTRATION
Steps to Register
- Review the classes and schedules Detailed Class Description + Printable Sign-up Sheet
- Fill out the electronic registration form for each child: (Starting Monday – February 10th)
ASEP Sign-ups – Google Form
- Please repeat this process for each child you would like to enroll.
OR
Register and pay with the printed registration form (past Class Descriptions) and return it (along with a check made payable to Valley View Parents Club and the signed waivers) to the white ASEP box in the front office.
Register as soon as possible to ensure placement!
Late Registrations (past February 20th, 8pm) will NOT be accepted. Registrations are non-refundable (no exceptions).

For classes open to grades K-3, students will have a supervised snack break between regular dismissal (2:20 PM on T/TH/F or 1:45 PM on Wed) and the start of an ASEP class. All Child Watch volunteers have passed the District fingerprint and background check process & are badged.
We need Child Watch Volunteers! Earn a class for your child!
