The HOLIDAY GIFT SHOP is a fun and educational Valley View tradition for children, who would like to surprise their family with gifts in the winter holiday season.
Your child will learn about money counting, budgeting and comparing values in a safe, non-commercial environment, assisted by adult volunteers.

The store will be open during school hours and your child’s class will have it’s own special time to shop. This exciting program enables children to purchase their own special “secret” gifts for family, friends, teachers and even pets.
Please plan now to support the program. It would be greatly appreciated if you would sit down with your child and help them set a budget and/or discuss ways to earn money with extra chores.
The gifts are moderately priced, ranging from $.50 to $5.00 with most gifts priced under $3.00. Some types of items that will be available to the children are toys, jewelry, sports items, ornaments and holiday decor. The items are of good value for the money.
There will be a makeup session on Friday for children who are absent or have forgotten their money envelops
