Welcome to the 2025/26 School Year

Valley View is a friendly and vibrant community school located in May Valley, Richmond.

Our principal Mrs. Sundberg is an advocate for outdoor schools. With our garden and outdoor teaching time Valley View teachers and kids spend more time outside away from screens studying nature in addition to keeping the standard California public school curriculum.

GO FUND ME – Save Valley View’s Oak Tree

🌳 Success on our Summer 2025 Tree Project!

  • Thanks to donations from Valley View families—and a generous match from Growing Together—the arborist was able to complete the much-needed work on the oak tree this summer!
  • We appreciate your donation and support in making this GoFundMe campaign a success. Together, we’ve helped preserve this beloved oak for years to come!”

GoFundMe – Save VV’s OAK TREE  to protect the historic oak tree in the garden. Please share and contribute to help maintain and save this beautiful shady tree.
