Without a doubt, the most influential impact on the quality of a school is the quality of its teachers.  They are the backbone of our school and we are proud of the work they do.  We expect excellence from our teachers and they continually deliver.  They truly are an exceptional group of people.  A big thanks to these folks and their dedication to their jobs.  It’s not easy, and we appreciate all their efforts.

Teacher, 3 rd Grade

Hello.
I’ve been with the WCCUSD since 2008, and at Valley View since 2013. I began my teacher career as a sixth-grade teacher, with a couple of years in a fifth-grade class. I am so pleased that destiny brought me to Valley View – I’m very happy here.
Teaching was a career change for me. Prior to teaching I was a medical secretary for several years, a hospital clerk for a time, and before that I worked in the food service industry for many years.
A few things I enjoy are traveling, wine tasting, gardening, taking my dog Bailey to the dog park, learning about other cultures, a great cheeseburger, shoe shopping, estate sales, trying new things, and listening to a good storyteller.
A few things I don’t like are mushrooms, people who leave up their garage sale signs after the fact, mean people, slasher movies, poor manners, and burnt popcorn.
There you have it – a small snapshot of Ms. Bryant.
Peace be with you.

I love to travel the world to learn more about the people, culture, and food. I feel comfortable being surrounded by nature and finding beautiful trails to hike with family and friends. I love hospitality and having people over for food and conversation. I have a heart for social justice by providing the means and opportunities for people to have a sustainable life ahead.

Thankyou!

Hello,

I have been teaching 23 years with the WCCUSD. Prior to working for WCCUSD, I was a Montessori Preschool teacher and prior to that, I was a Chemical Technician. My passions are art, writing, and science. Outside of teaching, I enjoy swimming, hiking, and painting. I am looking forward to another fun and rewarding school year!

Hello,

This is my 10th year teaching at Valley View. I am also a parent of a Crespi Middle School student and an ECHS student. I am committed to making each child’s experience one that is successful, meaningful, and  safe (emotionally and academically). In my classroom, we learn together, work collaboratively and are a united, supportive community.  Each year, I develop a secure class website on Shutterfly and use it to communicate with families about the class and upcoming events. Only families in that class have access to this website. If you need to reach me, please email me at kmosby@wccusd.net.
